Includes: internet, Direct TV fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, dining table seats 4, bar area seats 2, sofa, recliner, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), VCR, bed linens, iron and board, hair dryer, bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).
